We all deserve the peace and relaxation that Diana Mains/The Sacred Self so wonderfully provides. Diana is a skilled massage therapist, and also the most kind and compassionate human being. Her space is warm and inviting, not cold and clinical. After a massage from Diana, I feel like I’ve been on a relaxing retreat and I always leave there feeling revived, but at peace, both physically and mentally. And who doesn’t need that?! I encourage you to leave your hectic world behind for a hour or two and treat yourself to some “you” time with Diana. I’ve been around a lot of years and had many massages in my day, but Diana has provided me more relief, both physically AND mentally, than any one else. I eagerly look forward to my next appointment. I can’t recommend her more highly.

I highly recommend this clinic for wellness exams and moreover for when your fur baby is sick because the vets listen, discuss your concerns, and work diligently to provide a plan to get your baby back to good health. They also provide excellent care for let's in need of palliative care!! Everyone from the front desk to the techs, and vets are just outstanding in their field. No need to look any further! I hadn’t had my hair cut for a long time and finally decided to go to The Strand as it was local to me. I’ve never loved a hair cut as much as love this one! These ladies clearly know what they are doing. If you’re thinking about going to The Strand, just go!
