Savanah’s Sunday morning session was both invigorating and relaxing. Savanah made me feel incredibly comfortable with her clear instructions and a warm, welcoming presence. I’m so happy to have found her practice and will absolutely return again!

WOW! Are we incredibly fortunate to have The Sacred Self not only in Cornish, Maine but now also in Norway, Maine. I have frequented The Sacred Self for several services over the years including massage with owner Diana Mains, Biomat sessions, sound bowl healing, yoga, and now the Ionic Foot Bath with Mark. The services that are offered here are unique and offer long term health, vitality, and healing opportunities. Thank you so much Diana and to her whole team of holistic health practitioners!!!

I am so lucky to live so close to the Sacred Self here in Cornish. Diana- the owner is an extremely talented massage therapist. She is so intuitive to what I need done that I always leave feeling physically and mentally relaxed.Recently my schedule was not working to fit in with Diana and she recommended that another therapist at the center, Marine would be a good fit for me. Marine was great. I loved that she included light stretching to be able to give a deeper massage without it being painful. I already can't wait for my next appointment with her.

From The Sacred Self

The Sacred Self was open as a physical space from 2019 through November 10th 2023, in Cornish and Norway, and brought together a wide variety of alternative healing practitioners offering therapies, yoga, classes and workshops so that you could begin or continue to heal and be well. Unfortunately and transparently, due to lack of self care, though the healing center was *my *business, I had to make the heartwrenching decision to close the physical space. I still practice myself; massage, reflexology, polarity, astrology and tarot, and offer free 15 minute consults...which through conversation and intuition, I may end up referring you to another type of CAM (complimentary alternative medicine).
