We had heat pumps and insulation done. Ralph was very professional and his workers were great.answered all our questions and always got right back to us if any more questions heat pumps look and work great.i would highly recommend them .I have referred them to other people I would use them again for other services with out hesitation.

Ralph is fantastic! He stepped up and helped us over the holiday weekend when the furnace died. He went above and beyond to investigate and follow-up on the situation. Cannot thank him enough! I recommend BRF Services to anyone looking for skilled and kind people.

Got heat pumps and insulation and electrical upgrade. Ralph and Workers did a nice job.
… and I can’t reach him or the company through email or text or online in message center- He needs a secretary in my opinion. Still waiting for my copy of the contract so I have records and can keep track of the bills and payments. The only reason for lower rating still at this time is due to communication from the company.
