“How can anyone possibly leave a bad review on a barber shop? Barbers always have mirrors and always show you the end result when they are finished, prior to you leaving. If you don't like it, tell them. Don't be a Karen and cry online because you didn't have the balls to speak up in person. OMG .. so hilarious reading some of these poor reviews. "They didn't wash my husband's hair" ... says one. Did your husband ask to have his hair washed? I've never had my hair washed at a barber shop in 60 years, and I've been to a few. If I wanted my hair washed prior to or after a hair cut I'd go to a beauty salon with the rest of the people who do that sort if thing when they are getting their hair done. Men don't get their hair "done" ... it's a Barber Shop... they get their hair cut. I've never been to The Clip Joint, but kudos to them for pampering to all these Karens and offering refunds. The perfect sign that this is a reputable establishment that stands behind their team's work!!!“
