Wilcox Wellness & Fitness is amazing! I did the January kickstart and now am a month into regular membership. I've never been a fan of working out but the training model at Wilcox Wellness & Fitness is beginner friendly and so supportive, for the first time in my life I look forward to going to the gym. ???
Wilcox is exactly the gym I have been looking for! The classes are extremely varied and multi-faceted. I feel as if my brain gets as much a workout as my body does - it's challenging, but not intimidating or overwhelming. And everyone is incredibly friendly and welcoming. I am so glad to have found this special gym right in Brunswick. Highly recommend i!
Wilcox has a very fine program with their fitness routine. While I am fairly new to Wilcox and find it challenging, I appreciate the encouragement they constantly provide and always come home glad that I’ve gone. I’ve signed up for a year after completing my Jump Start and plan to keep at it!
