This is the second heat pump I have had them install. They are professional, the whole crew is knowable about any questions I asked. Every employee had been with the company for at least 5 years and that says a lot these days with everyone looking for a better job. This heat pump was very tricky due to my porch and when they were done you can't see any lines coming out of my house except where it attached to the outside unit. I would recommend them without question.

Valley Home Services installed three Fujitsu mini split heat pump systems in our home in Ellsworth Maine. From the installers Mark and Brock to the electrician David, the VHS team did a great job installing and explaining the systems and how to optimize their use in our home. We are already enjoying them as the nights turn colder. We expect that the Summer months will also be much more comfortable as well.

My experience with Valley Home Services was excellent. You folks provided both a quick and thorough estimate along with a fast and efficient installation of our heat pump. The only hiccup is that our installation missed a rain guard which will be installed soon. Great service with great folks. I'd recommend Valley Home Services to anyone considering adding a heat pump to their home.
