They were super friendly, very neat, and were informative of everything they were doing. From Jake, the system designer/salesman, to Cooper and the installation crew, I'd recommend Northeast Heat Pumps all day long!

Replaced 3 existing evaporators + condensers and added another zone. Very professional and knowledgeable from in home consultation, office, installation. Crew arrived on time and just got stuck in straightaway. Highly recommend.
