Sam, my PT ,is the best! I had tightness and decreased range of motion in my right hip and knee, two years after hip replacement. Walking upstairs was hard, as I only went up on my left leg due to fear that right side was compromised. After sending my xrays , Sam was able to establish that decreased muscle functioning caused my discomfort. She was able to show me exercises that increased muscle strength and decreased the tightness I was feeling. She did so with ease and clarity. Over the years, the care I've received at Jade has been compassionate and very effective. John and Nancy have created a long-lasting and well-respected business focused on healing. Their staff is efficient and kind. I highly recommend their acupuncture and PT treatment.

I was at Jade once for help with my knee and a second time, later, for help with a frozen shoulder. What an awesome place! Everything runs on time, communication is good and most of all the help was the perfect balance of pushing me and being supportive and realistic. I especially appreciate Nancy’s body work in combination with the PT. Wise and kind people there.
