I want to say I that Horizon is a compassionate place and Caring.sense my mom has been there they have been so caring she is so happy there. I also want to thank the staff and doctors there they have been so helpful.five stars ❤️

I was a resident at Horizons for one year, receiving PT and lots of TLC. I went from completely bedridden to being able to do all my own self care. I left after a year, able to safely use a walker. Everything was spotless and my CNAs were devoted to their work. Sending a big thank you to all the nursing, social work and PT staff ! Cathy Marquez

I have been trying to get my father assistance for weeks and was never able to get in touch with anyone at other facilities. Horizons called me back within an hour of leaving a message and, even though they couldn't help me directly, gave me great information on places in the area who could assist me.

Great place to work!! Friendly and inviting staff who welcome you with open arms, as family. They really care about their residents and staff. Beautiful facility inside and out! Well kept grounds! Clean and home like interior! Fireplaces and warm hearts inside! Good benefits, hourly pay and shift differentials. ♥️

Mom was there for rehab for a couple months. The way thay treated her was amazeing. She felt a close bond with Lisa who worked overnight.. If anybody in my family has to go to rehab again horizons is the place thay will go. 5 star treatment thsy also encouraged us to bring our dog in to see her everybody was friendly

Having worked in the healthcare professions for 40 years and knowing the different standards of care that exsist in the U.S. I was more than pleased when I recently observed the care and professionalism that the entire staff exhibited when caring for my father. All the specialists responsible for helping in his rehab in order to return home were fantastic. In closing, the cleanliness of the facility was well above par as well. I would highly recommend Horizons to all my family and friends.
