Our system wasn't producing consistent hot water. Carl came the first day and it seemed to work. Same problem next day so he came back and fixed it. Very happy with Carl and the service. They were fast and efficient. Even on the day before Thanksgiving.

Jared and Hunter were fantastic. They went above and beyond to make the installation of the furnace as easy as possible. Jared is a hero! He found a corroded water pipe in my basement and called Dead River to have the wonderful Dale come over to check it out. Dale did a repair that likely saved me from experiencing a flooded basement. I contacted the service department with an inquiry about a recent installation at my home. The service manager got back to me without delay. He went over and above in his response and made me feel valued and appreciated as a customer. It’s good to be with a company that I know I can count on.,
