My experience with Brackett Funeral Home was exceptional. My family did not have time to plan for a funeral home and so when we called in the early evening for their services, they responded with kindness and professionalism. The two gentlemen who arrived that evening were delicate to the situation and helped answer immediate questions. While I do not remember their names, I remember the sense of piece they provided us. They allowed my family to say our immediate goodbyes before leaving. The gentlemen provided a calm and respectful experience for us.

I placed my Wife, Amanda in the care of Autumn after being her caregiver for two years while we walked through terminal cancer. Letting go of this honor and responsibility is not easy and comes with a great amount of trust. I built a relationship with the funeral director, Autumn over a period of time. I was also introduced to the owner, Chris. Autumn is an incredibly attentive person that treated my family and me with a great amount of respect, kindness, and empathy. During a difficult time, Funeral Director Autumn made us feel at ease and answered all our questions/concerns. Even though it was Easter Sunday, she moved into action to get my loved one from the hospital to the funeral home. So kind and considerate to me throughout the process.
