I've been going here for years and had nothing but top notch service. The Doctors and staff are the best. I would never go anywhere else. They have gone above and beyond for my babies
I would love to be able to give them a 5 star review. Everyone at the front desk was consistently great. Boarding, grooming, and vet visits were always routine or better than expected. We will not be going back, though, because of one particular vet, the worst one we've ever encountered. Most of the vets we saw there were great. But this one asked us to make an appointment to follow up on our ailing pet, and then simply refused to answer the phone or return messages to allow us to make that appointment. My dog Maggie, a summer client of the Vet, was in need of an emergency visit today, but was told no appointment available until OCTOBER!! The business may be good vets, but they do not care about their clients well being. If the "best vet" is only running a business and not available for the clients for 4 months, they are no longer the best vet.
