Elderly mother called several times to get hot water heater repaired that was originally installed by Poland. Came once, appeared to possibly clean filter and told he ordered a part, then charged $180. No part arrived and ghosted. Zero response, left note on message board at company to contact, zero response.. I ended up figuring out how to fix the heater myself and doing so in about 30 minutes and $10. Nice guy, helped us in the past but the contact issue and ghosting is unprofessional and uncalled for. Cannot recommend for this is unacceptable
