Our hot water heater went on us Friday evening, waited until Monday to call Nichols. They set up an appointment right away for Tuesday morning but we had no power so couldn't do it but they rescheduled for Wednesday the next day very quick scheduling. From the time I called Alec until Braeden left I could not have imagined better service. Alec talked me through several issues regarding a hidden leaky pipe with great patience and kindness. He quickly found a technician and called me back to advise of expected time of arrival. He was clear about costs and time. Braeden called ahead, advised of his eta and kept us current on what he was doing. He finished and cleaned up the area affected, all the time being pleasant and knowledgeable.
