With previous good Yelp reviews, I contacted Chris Downs for help on a battery change for my laptop. He responded quickly and offered to order the right battery for my model and then after receiving it he was able to complete the swap in a day. Then, with his great service and knowledge, I needed batteries for two iPads and he again did great work. His prices were reasonable and well worth the quality of service he gave. I would highly recommend him for any computer service.

Can’t say enough good about Chris. Professional, thorough and prompt repairs. Have been bringing my IPhones to him for a few years now and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Recently had a major issue with my SE 2020 and Chris went the extra mile and it works as good as new!

Chris fixed an iPhone 8 Plus screen for me and he was prompt and professional and explained what he was going to do. I went home and noticed later when I used the phone that I couldn’t hear anything on my end when someone would call, so I contacted him and he told me to bring it back. He stands by his work and he is honorable. He didn’t charge me for that since it must have been something during the repair and he quickly fixed it. Very trustworthy- would WAY rather go to him than a store where it’s just inexperienced employees, overpriced and people who don’t care about their work.
