She shares her knowledge, focuses on correct form, adds a lot of variety and challenges me at every class. She does all this while keeping us present and able to soak in all the good energy & thoughts she shares every class. The facility is very clean, fully stocked with everything you need and a wonderful little store to browse through at then end of class. It is an oasis I appreciate every week!
