“Sierra was amazing. I'm a massage therapist too and I've had a lot of massage, but she was one of the best. She manages to be therapeutic and relaxing at the same time. I booked online for the end of our vacation week (online booking was super easy). Sierra listened to what I needed, went over a treatment plan and then got to work. The session was great and so relaxing. And the best part is that I still feel amazing a full day later. Sometimes a massage is just a massage (which is still nice!) but this was real therapy. Thank you! I'll book again when I'm back in town for sure.“

“I love going to Steph’s Sunday morning class. She is a wonderful guide through an hour practice. She shares her knowledge, focuses on correct form, adds a lot of variety and challenges me at every class. She does all this while keeping us present and able to soak in all the good energy & thoughts she shares every class. The facility is very clean, fully stocked with everything you need and a wonderful little store to browse through at then end of class. It is an oasis I appreciate every week!
