I wasn’t home when they delivered my flowers so they came back later, I wasn’t home again and he happily waited 10 minutes until I arrived so the flowers wouldn’t freeze outside, even though I insisted he could leave them and I’d be right home. The bouquet is absolutely beautiful and the customer service was fantastic. I did not know someone was sending me flowers and it all around made my day. If you are trying to cheer someone up, go here!

Prestige House of Flowers made an absolutely gorgeous corsage for my mom's 90th birthday party. It was carefully created exactly as I requested, and the owner even opened the shop at 9:30 on a Sunday morning so I could have it fresh and beautiful for the birthday celebration. Prestige went above and beyond to meet my floral needs, and I am so appreciative.

Rude and unhelpful, do not place a order on their website and expect to be understood about it not stating anything about not taking orders etc. She argued with me about shutting down the website and not accepting orders, I explained it never stated anything of the sort, in fact it stated orders placed before 1pm would ship same day. I tried explaining I had screenshots of said order confirmation etc and she just laughed it off telling me it doesnt matter. I received a raised voice talking over me telling me to stop talking and that I am wrong, seems like I should of listened to the other negative Google reviews complaining of all the same.
