Our propane furnace failed to maintain a start and was giving us an F4 error. It was really stressful not having heat and hot water in the winter. Jim originally installed our unit 9 years ago, so we called his place for someone to come take a look. They came right over within an hour and a half, cleaned our furnace and installed a new igniter. It works like a charm and we're back in business with heat and hot water. The service was fantastic and we appreciate the prompt responsiveness so much. Our furnace stopped working and I called for a repair. The woman who answered the phone was very kind. Even at the tail end of a huge snowstorm, they had a tech here very quickly! The tech diagnosed the issue and made the repair. He installed a new pump and unclogged our oil line. He was pleasant and polite.

Being totally honest, after an experience with this company - not to mention with the owner himself, I would not dare call another company other than Jim Godbout Plumbing and Heating! I had a major emergency situation and they responded in MINUTES and the owner himself fixed my problem. He was so nice and clearly knows his business. We are giving more business to the company and would recommend them hands down to anyone in Maine or surrounding areas!!!!! Try them out, you won't be sorry.
