I love this space! I so appreciate that the prices are reasonable. They have lots of class options. All the instructors have nice energy. I always fell better when I am done. I find myself jonesing for the next class;).

Rooted in Flow is a beautiful yoga studio in every sense of the word. Physically the space is a lovely old ballroom that is wonderful to practice in, beautifully lit at every time of the day. More importantly, the people there are equally lovely. The yoga teachers are so kind and welcoming and inclusive. They truly make you feel like yoga is for everyone.
