My 1940 Buick decided quit on me and needed a tow from Waterville to my house in Fairfield. The driver showed up with the tow truck right on time and got it loaded for transport quickly in spite of being in a very busy parking lot. He not only brought my car safely to my house but assisted me in getting it pushed into the garage. He was courteous, efficient, a fellow veteran, and briefly swapped a few fishing stories before he headed out.
I hope I don't have to but I would use their services again.
This review is months over due. In the hot summer months my dog locked me out of my car while it was running with my child inside with full bladt AC. I immediately called 911. A gentleman from this company came within 10 minutes unlocked my car with no charge exceptional service that I can't thank enough for their service.
Huge thank you to Brock! I was very stuck and deep in snow. He was efficient and patient with me as I am not a seasoned driver in Maine weather. The Smithfield Fire Department and Somerset Sheriffs were on the scene and were all genuinely concerned that I was ok. Maine has such great people and I am so grateful to all of you.
