April is amazing. She has been caring for our family's fur babies for 6½ years now. We've since moved to Bangor, but she's still the only one I trust. This past trip she tried so hard to comfort our little scaredy dog (and me too!), going out of her way to try different things to make her comfortable. We own two campgrounds in Rockport Maine. In 2021 Nitram was tasked with excavation on busy Route 1 right in front of our Megunticook Campground by the Sea location. Suffice to say, our concern over peak traffic and acces to our driveway was considerable. Nitram was absolutely outstanding, maintaining a professional and courteous and communicative manor ensuring our business was not affected whatsoever. For this, and the professional nature of Alex, we are forever grateful. The restoration following their work was outstanding. It has taken me until 2022 to write this review. Last night Nitram continued the sewer project excavating 6 ft to lay pipe across Rt 1 for our future connection. We had the pleasure of meeting Leroy who was very gracious to keep us informed and educated. Alex and Leroy and every member of the Nitram team have treated us with a great deal of respect and courteous attention. This kind of culture has to stem from the top down. Absolutely five stars is warranted for this team of hard-working men and women.
