The waterline project in Embden has come through and due to this, there was obviously some excavation work. There were also heavy downpours about 25 minutes after they finished our yard, on a Friday. Needless to say, I called Monday due to some washout. Immediate apology and contact to the owner, Scott. I received a call back within 2 hours explaining they would be out the following day to fix the issue.
ABOVE AND BEYOND!!
They have done everything you can imagine to make sure the problem was taken care of.
I also want to thank the guys during the project that were patient with our questions, curious eyes and hostas!! Your work flow goes off without a hitch and you guys are good at what you do. Thanks for your hard work!”
