Wes is an amazing tech guy with fantastic customer service. My husband's computer died just before Christmas and we were leaving shortly thereafter for the winter. He was able to fix it very reasonably and had a Plan B for us in case he couldn't. His communication was consistent and despite weather issue and the holiday, he made it happen. We will be customers for life!!
