Mostly, I’m doing the boot camp class. I dig yoga, for sure, but the boot camp class is something I will never ever ever be good at and that is a wonderful thing for the ego. Lovely place to be in horrible pain.

The studio offers a variety of classes, all taught by excellent, kind teachers. The facilities are very clean with nice showers and private changing rooms. Highly recommend Ebb and Flow if you are new to yoga, they'll treat you right.
This place is amazing! I cannot recommend it enough. Weekend classes can be crowded and tough. There are regulars who have gone for years. I haven't taken a bad class or had a bad instructor yet.
