Bill Novak and Ross have over the last 10+ years installed at our residence an in-house main water line filter, a separate hot water inline filter, a System 2000 furnace, a new well-pump and updated both of our upstairs shower faucets. Bill has always responded in a timely fashion (usually the very next day) and has done an outstanding job each and every time at a fair price - highly recommended !!

Mr Novak and Ross installed a fabulous heating system in our 1850's Greek Revival home. We were nice and warm all winter!
