“Update: After this Jess did get back to me and offered to respray at no cost, and was very educational about what she thought had happened. Initially, she did not know about this interaction and was able to use it as a training example for an employee, while also neverI throwing her employee under the bus. She is kind, understanding, and incredibly intent on her clients satisfaction. Very much recommend.

I got a spray tan for the first time ever about a month ago and went here because of all the rave reviews. I unfortunately had a very dissimilar experience. I went in and had the tan and teeth whitening. The girl doing the spray was very nice. I went home and rinsed as she specified within the time specified with only water. I noticed some spots the next day and texted as she said to if I noticed anything. I was asked to send pics and once verified said to come by later and they'd fix it. I did, and they did, and I went home. Within the next day or so it went orange. Admittedly I think I grabbed my biolage shampoo as body wash(I keep them in travel containers for space saving), but otherwise had done just as she said. When I texted again to say I was orange I was questioned about how long I left the spray on, told I was only to rinse with water the first time (I did), and that likely it was the biolage and to scrub it off and start over. That was it. No offer to walk me through it (let her know I'd never had a spray tan before), no offer to discount the next session, no geez that sucks. It was a attempt to do something nice for myself while going through a really rough time and I feel I totally got mean girled. Just my 2 cents, but as a business owner maybe approach your customers with a bit more compassion and grace.“
