I have an account with sunbelt so I get to deal with them nation wide. Gen I'm on the phone trying to explain to them in detail what I need because half of them don't know it unless the computer tells them. This location is a bit different. Can't say mister Andrew, (my apologies if I got the name wrong) had all the answers but he knew how to find them and made sure I had the equipment to get the job done, even sending someone out on their way home to switch out equipment when my first plan didnt go as planned. Thank you guys. Much appreciated!

Coming home tonight from work I slid off the road during the storm. A gentleman employed by Sunbelt named Dave went by seeing my predicament turned around and made sure I was ok. He then used his own AAA service to help me to get out of the ditch. This gentleman showed true nature of helping out thy neighbor especially in current times. I thank Dave and his ability to help others in need. Thank you again and I hope you are commended for your help and caring personality.

WOW! I rented a post hole auger on a Friday for a fence project! The auger was the wrong size and would not fit the machine! This was on Saturday morning & Sunbelt Rentals was closed. I called the customer service number & within an hour had a replacement auger! This was old fashioned customer service at its best! Thank You.
