I just moved from Portland to Brewer and was looking for a good place for a haircut. I called 241 and asked if they had an opening the same day and as fate would have it one stylist did— Rebecca Dee. What a lovely human being. I’m of the belief that people carry the energy of the environments they cultivate and spend time in and Rebecca has a feeling of ease and peace about her. We talked while she did my haircut (which came out great by the way) and she asked at the end if she could play with my hair and do a braid. For someone that just moved here, she made me feel at home and welcome. Will definitely be going back for future cuts and event stylings. Thank you Rebecca

I was in town for a Stephen King event. I booked an appointment for a cut and color at this salon because I liked the look of the historic building. Annette did such a fantastic job on my hair. She was such a pleasure to chat with too. I would never go anywhere else if I lived there.
