The process of buying a home is stressful enough without worrying about getting in over your head with the costs of repairs and issues. David was very quick at scheduling a time to do a home inspection for me, and his rates were the most reasonable that I found in the Bangor area. I was unable to attend due to COVID regulations, but David spent approximately 30 minutes on the phone with me explaining his findings. His report was very thorough and I had it less than 24 hours after the inspection. David included many photos to supplement his report and make the issues easy to see.
