They have been nothing but upfront and pleasant to me. They took care of my problem tooth a few months ago in a quick and kind manner. The fact is that Maine is HORRIBLE for dental stuff. I am thankful to the PCHC staff for being there!
I was very scared and anxious going in. I usually hate medical offices of any kind but everyone was really reassuring and empathetic. Here’s a true review for you.. had issue with crown that came off.. live out of state and went to urgent care and they recommended PCHC Dental Center on Union St . They said I may have some luck as a walk-in. So before hand I couldn’t talk from pain and I typed all the info out and I was so blessed to have Amanda working the front area where you have to do paperwork to be seen. She could tell my issue by the level of pain I in and I was able to be seen and my tooth had to actually be extracted by X-Ray confirmation.
