After years of very bad mental health, I had not taken care of my teeth very well, so one broke and was a bit rotten. I walked in and I was immediately treated with respect and kindness, I didn't wait too long before I was taken back for x rays, again, staff treating me nicely and respectfully, giving good conversation as well. I did have to wait a bit but I didn't mind as they had proved that I'd be in great hands. Dr. Jean was super friendly, very thorough in explaining the process and it's aftercare. She removed the tooth fairly quickly and very efficiently. On day 2 of healing and its healing much quicker than I thought.
Overall, I give PCHC Debtal five stars because they have helped me maintain my oral health for a decade with cleanings from various hygienists. I also appreciated Dr. Ford, Dr. Gomez and Dr. Offman.
I had wisdom teeth causing me infection. I went in and Dr. Offman examined them and took them out the very next day for me. I wouldn't have let anyone other than him remove my wisdom teeth while awake. He is simply amazing from his knowledge of dentistry to his compassion and bedside manner.
However, my experience with Dr. Li (not sure how she spells her last name) was less than satisfactory!!!

Every time we’ve gone gone to the emergency walk in dental we’ve had to turn right around and go to the emergency room instead as they never have a free spot even if you get there when they open. The doctors themselves are pretty nice and their attitude is fine. Just never available.
