Lougee & Frederick's Florist always goes the extra mile when it comes to customer service. I've been a customer for several years and I order at least a dozen arrangements per year for family, friends, co-workers, and customers. Communication is always prompt and they have been very flexible when any changes or challenges come up. They truly care about the customer and this is why I am loyal to them.
