J&R was the only outfit to write down exactly what we were looking for on the estimate on our roof.Materials showed up the day after I signed the contract and the crew was here the day after that on a 5 degree February morning and built us a new roof in under 2 days. They did a great job with a mess of a roof, in pretty brutal weather.The fact that J&R didn't bury my main concern under time and materials like all the other contractors did, after I asked them not to, is all the reason I need to call these guys in the future.Thanks.
Jared was unable to come to my family’s brand new home because he was on a current project. Our house/home was built and move in ready in October of 2021. We bought it from another builder and have been referred to J&R Contracting Group. I reached out to Jared to assess the concerns and issues we are still experiencing and some new ones as well. However he has been absolutely amazing by responding promptly and giving me a referral to his trusted friend, who also has been extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. Jared has gone above and beyond in my opinion to help point me in the right direction and course of action to take. I am so grateful to have been referred to him a week ago, I have learned so much. My wife and I hired J&R to replace the siding on our century old house in Bangor, and to re-flash some old windows dearly in need of it. J&R were out within 2 days to provide an estimate, which they generated within a day and then explained thoroughly, discussing options and products. Work commenced within the next week and they were done the week following leaving us with a much more attractive home and much less concern about keeping out the elements.The management and crew were polite, very responsive to questions- typically back to us within 3-4 hours, and left the site (our yard!) in good shape each evening.I don't think you can go wrong hiring this outfit.
