Excellent costumer service. We came in for an oil change knowing we likely would need new brake pads as we get our Diesel truck serviced regularly at various Ford facilities (we tow a fifth wheel around the country). Indeed, we needed new brake pads & rotors, and although they were booked out for three weeks, they squeezed us in knowing we were traveling through. Got a service ride to and from our campground and the truck was ready for us as quickly as possible. Highly recommend!
Service was great .I went in because my key fans batteries needed to be changed. They did so and no charge. That's great service. Stay tuned ,I will be making an appointment for oil change and tire rotation and also need my wiper on the back replaced. We will see how all that goes. Crossing my fingers everything goes well
I have bought 10 vehicles at Darling's, I had followed their service manager from another dealership. Anyway I got a Jeep on this last transaction in Ellsworth. My complaint is they expect me to drive back to Ellsworth for oil changes. Now I would understand if it was a repair but an oil change? Seriously? With the price of gas today I think Darling's could do the oil change at the nearest dealership to you
