Concord Coach Lines: Bus Terminal

Attending a local university in the area, I depend on this bus line to get home for the holidays. Every experience I have had was a pleasure, the staff are friendly and the coaches are clean and comfortable.

Easy to purchase tickets, although I could only purchase one at a time online. They're good for 6 months if you don't end up using it right away. The bus was clean and comfortable. The Wi-Fi didn't work very well for me. There's a bathroom in the back of the bus, but I didn't use it. Acceptable storage space. Drivers are friendly. Bring headphones if you want to watch videos or listen to music on your phone/gaming device/etc. The bus from Bangor North in the evening has to wait for a bus from Boston to arrive before it can leave, so we did get a late start going back home. Concord Coach in Bangor was clean and the employees were helpful. Again, I didn't use the bathroom....read full review

I've done Augusta to Bangor and Bangor to Augusta a couple times this year. Zero negative issues. It's actually a nice ride in my opinion. And the driver(the same for all trips iirc)is a good driver and on time each time.
