I worked with Dr. Amy Curry for several months in 2024 for pain in my knees. It was very educational, I was given exercises to do at home for my knee pain. I use those exercises today. Dr. Curry was professional, she genuinely cared about me as a person and worked hard to reduce my pain. I tried dry needling for a while but my pain persisted. Dr. Curry encouraged me to work with my primary doctor as well. Today my pain is under control and Dr. Curry continues to be a source of support and information.

I reluctantly join this Boot Camp with a friend of mine who insisted I take this class. I was very hesitant as I had not done any kind of workout except walking over the past five or six years. I had a cervical fusion done one year ago and four weeks prior to taking this class I had carpal tunnel surgery. I went into this class with no expectations assuming I would not be able to do half of what the other participants in the class were doing. That was a complete understatement for me. Upon walking into the class, we were welcomed by Coach Carrie Who met with us and addressed our concerns and expectations and limitations. She was able to modify every workout given to us...read full review
