This family owned and run business was the very best experience I have had in a long time. Great customer service, very knowledgeable staff and I never felt rushed during my time with the doc Ames. I highly recommend Ames chiropractic wellness center.

Great guy...Tell the man what is wrong and let him do his thing ?Don't be afraid to tell him what you need and like as well. It helps him.Area note now in Dexter. Anybody that ever went to Dr.C (the late Robert Carignan) should give him a call. Everyone create a great day! My personal opinion. Thanks Dr. Rick

DOC Ames is great at what he does. I have never had a doctor like him. I had an issue years ago, I called to fire him over a debacle. Wasn't his fault, it was the insurance companyDOC called me at my home and fixed everything. I have never had a doctor call and calm the waters like that ever. My loyalty to DOC Ames.If you are near Dexter Maine, stop in and see the Doc. God Bless
