My daughter went here for prom she was left crying, feeling bad and bleeding from her hand when she spoke up for herself telling them what she wanted they shamed her and told her it was her fault that they didn't do it. She showed them a picture. They lied to me and said she was happy and loved them and that she should have showed a picture. They also got very rough when she stated that the shape was not what she asked for. Her nails are now painful some are thick some are thin they curve up and not two are the same shape or width
Started going to Nova a few months ago and love it. Everyone is friendly. They work quickly and prices are reasonable. I have had pedicures, acrylics with simple paint or with designs and they always look great. Would definitely recommend.
I love my nails! I’m from out of town and they accommodated my requests perfectly. I asked if they have Bond Aid and they do. I’m really hard on my nails so I need extra security for the gel. I asked for light nail buffing since my nails will thin out and she was very gentle on me, I didn’t feel any discomfort. I chose pink but when I saw the color on my toes I decided I wanted something more neutral for my hands. I love how these came out. Can’t recommend them enough!
