It is time for my usual mid month cold, don't feel anything yet but am heading out of town for the weekend so want to make sure nothing hits me. Got an immunity boost with an add on of amino blend for some energy and metabolism so as to be good to go...again a clean and comfy environment, will return in May before another vacation...lol. A+

I have been stuck in such a funk lately, I decided it was time for some self care. I went in for a B12 and vitamin D intramuscular shot and let me tell you, it was EXACTLY the pick-me-up I've been needing. Winter fog had set in more than I realized, and just night of, it feels like the fog has lifted. The shots were quick, painless and exactly what my body needed.
