“I live in TX, but had to throw a 60th Diamond Anniversary party for my parents in Vassalboro Maine. I wanted flowers and balloons, but Mom is allergic to roses, so I needed to speak to a real person - I couldn’t really order from one of those massive FTD-like sites. Also, I like supporting small local businesses.
After getting stuck a couple of times on sites that look like a small local business - I’m looking at you “Blossoms” - I found Callie’s. I actually got to speak with Callie, who is super sweet. She understood the no-roses thing, made some great suggestions, and the day of the party delivered the most perfect flower arrangements and balloons. There was one thing she wasn’t happy about on the corsage for my mother - so she went back to the shop, fixed it, and had it on my mom’s wrist in time for the photos.
Her prices were completely reasonable for what we got.
