Convenient MD in Augusta, ME far exceeded my expectations with an overall staff that were both helpful and courteous, especially considering my compromised health status. I felt as though the nurses and doctor provided the best possible care that was not at all rushed and is difficult to find in other medical establishments these days. When my cough just got worse instead of getting better, I went to ConvenientMD on New Year's Day -- and I was relieved to find out the office was open 8 am to 8 pm as always!
The check-in process is now self-serve automated at a lobby kiosk -- instead of being done by an intake clerk -- so it would probably be more efficient to do that in advance from home. The clerks made clear they were available to help, though, so I'm assuming the change is more efficient on some level.

Every person there was so kind and pleasant!! Those staff members made the whole experience positive. I dont go to Drs, often, like only absolutely necessary, , I would go back there without hesitation. It was also super clean.
