We moved into our house only to find that we had a lot of iron among other things in the water, we called Aerus and they sent someone out the next day to test the water and come up with a treatment plan. They worked fast and were helpful throughout the whole process.
Our experience with Aerus was fantastic. We are in the process of a home sale and the water test came back with elevated arsenic, radon, and water hardness. Ugh, not what we wanted to hear. Our online inquiry was quickly followed up with a site visit by Joe. Joe went above and beyond with his customer service. Answering numerous questions, specifically with the radon to ensure we had the proper system to address the level.

The installers were very polite and efficient as well...
The system was just installed yesterday... before the installers left, they took a water sample... received lab results today and the arsenic level was low enough with yesterday's sample for safe drinking... current well was drilled in 1992, and water has never been at or below the safe levels...
