We had a 'slow down' in our drains, and it wasn't until then we realized it had been five years since our last pump. We called the original company but they said they couldn't get to us until after the following week. We called another company, and they never called back. W E Fenderson answered the call, gave us a date/time and then they arrived early!
Jason was amazing - he was fast, efficient, explained possible issues and everything he was going to do before starting. He even pointed out some trees we should remove that could end up hurting the leech field. He made sure the lines were cleaned out, and then waited to make sure everything was flushing again.
