We are in the process of selling our home and found that our septic and leach field needed to be replaced. We called around to see who serviced our area and could do it quickly within the closing date. During the time we were waiting for a designer to come out, Derek from Maine Septics reached out to check on things. Between how helpful they were with the process, the time constraints we were under and their price compared to other companies we decided to go with them. They were incredible! Want to give complete appreciation for the work done today at my home. TOM came early this morning for a septic pump out (arrived on tme) in Greene Maine. Explained when done that I needed a baffle replacement and I requested a new tank cover. Returned later in the afternoon and. Completed repairs as promised. Personable, professional and just a really nice guy. Give him a raise. Good techs are hard to come by
