My very first every pedicure and I'm 57! Always loved painting my toenails but my best friend offered to take me and her to get it done. Had a 5pm appt but got in earlier. The guy that did my feet did an excellent job! Nothing hurt at all and I don't like my feet touched for fear of cuticles bleeding or cutting the nail too short. I was very relaxed through the whole thing. Very impressed! Will go again!

Today 5/1/26 I visited Saigon nails . I frequent this place and always try and have the same girl do my nails. Today she was very busy and I was in a rush! Sio I decided id let someone else here do my nails...big big mistake! She was rude, rough; and acted as if she was very hurried and I was an inconvenience. I was very saddened .. lesson learned!!

For the most part I love going here. The only issues I have, is that everytime I go I ask for the same service as the time before. But it's always different. Some people use certain tools, others don't. So I never know if I'm going to get what I'm expecting to get. I've found if I ask about this, I get an unwelcoming attitude. I just wish I got the same thing everytime. They do great work. I just wish each person took the same amount of time as another person and I wish they all used the same routine.
