Ive used Maine Septic & Pumping since purchasing my home and they have been nothing short of wonderful. They are prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. Tom didnt know but a well played joke absolutely made what was a very difficult day, a little bit better and I want to thank him for the laugh. I needed it.

I’m so incredibly grateful to Maine Septic & Pumping. My experience with two other companies was a no show, no call & another refusing to come out to my house. They were incredibly knowledgeable, informative, timely & kind. Every person I spoke with was great. They said if they couldn’t help me they would at least help me find a solution. Tommy surveyed the situation, we discussed options & he got it pumped. I really appreciate his patience, experience determination to get the job done. We made a plan going forward. I’m so glad I called them.

The gentleman who answered my call helped me with questions regarding a failed leach field. He also asked a question then recommended, with numbers, two different companies for my needs.

I never used their services and am too far away for a pumping but would recommend on this interaction alone.
