What an amazing journey this has been. It started with a polite phone call from a young lady by the name of Jenny who set up my appointment. Sent me an email to remind me of the date and time. When I reached the office in Auburn, I was greeted at the front desk by a young lady by the name of Jolin. Jolin was kind and took care of all of my information and got me set up with all of my insurance explained how the payment process worked and asked me what day of the month I would like my payments to come out. Robert was friendly and knowledgeable. I asked to try the nasal mask but turns out it doesn't work well. I'd like to try the other minimalist nose cover. Would you please send some of that kind to me?

Excellent service from start to finish. Therapist was knowledgeable, patient and friendly. Other staff as well. Office is clean and comfortable. I’m happy that I have Kennebec Pharmacy and Home care as my first experience with, and an ongoing resource and support for, CPAP therapy.
