“We had our dishwasher serviced yesterday. It was under warranty, and these guys are the ones that were sent out to our home. We weren’t hopeful because in the past we had a new washer/dryer combo worked on multiple times, and ultimately the company ended up giving us a full refund.

Butttt…Rick showed up! Not only did he have the parts to fix our dishwasher on hand, he was knowledgeable, personable, kind, answered every question we had, cleaned up his mess, and even took his shoes off…even though I told him he didn’t have to. Rick didn’t leave until everything was fixed and cleaned up. He was also great with my child, dog and gave us pointers on good appliances to buy in the future.
