Best experience ever! Dealing with a malfunctioning ice maker in a 3 year old refrigerator. Rikki was great, and refrigerator is now fixed. You call, they answer, arrive when they say they will, polite and professional. AAA+++
Matt called ahead to give me an exact time when he would be at the house. His knowledge and skill in resolving the problem were impressive. New fridge delivered in Nov. Power outage in Dec took out the fridge. Appliance guys came out and got me up and running in short order. No issues with the service and no further issues with the fridge! Was a positive experience all around!
