Let me just start but saying Dean was a fantastic inspector/individual! We had him come over for a flooring inspection for our home we purchased just a few months ago as we were having some concerns with our floors. Dean was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what to look for and at to help my family find out what was going on. Dean recently inspected our new home for us and made the experience easy and pleasant. We're first time homeowners and weren't sure what to expect. His report was thorough and well organized, and has given us all the information we need to start fixing and updating our home. While he was there, he patiently answered our questions and addressed our concerns. He took his time with the whole process - we never felt rushed.
