Let me just start but saying Dean was a fantastic inspector/individual! We had him come over for a flooring inspection for our home we purchased just a few months ago as we were having some concerns with our floors. Dean was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what to look for and at to help my family find out what was going on. He not only eased our minds but also gave us remedies on how to fix our problem, thoroughly explained to my wife and I why it was happening, even went as far as giving me drawings on what is going on, and had other contacts we could reach out to for assistance on fixing or a structural engineer if we wished to go a different route! Gave us his card and made sure to tell us to reach out anytime even if we just need to discuss the remedy further. If I could give 10 stars I would do it in a heartbeat, and I will recommend him to anyone!! Thanks again for all the insight!
I recently had an emergency pump failure three hours before renters arrived. These guys showed up with a great attitude and had it completely fixed in hours. It happened to be Valentine’s night and they all put their own plans aside to make sure we were good to go. The quality was top notch and I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again. They had previously installed a whole house filter, and made the extra effort to tuck it away under a staircase. High quality work and true professionals. Look no further for water services.

We moved forward as they were working in between the weather conditions of rain forecast. POWERWASHED my Metal Roof before the storm. Sometimes it’s worth listening to good reviews and this was one of those times! Had an issue with high iron in the water that was blocking up some appliances (our ice maker and water dispenser on our fridge stopped working) and causing discoloration in the bathrooms - Communicated entirely through email with Cindy who was friendly, professional, and put together a quote very quickly. The install was scheduled quickly and the two young technicians who came out were friendly, knowledgeable, and did a great job on the install. Not only does our water taste better than ever, the ice maker and water dispenser started working again and the water pressure throughout the house improved drastically as well. I highly recommend this company and will be recommending them to my family and friends as well!
